Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with its tags attached. Start a return from your order history and we'll email you a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — repair, replacement or full refund, your choice.
