Orders & shipping
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days; express is 1–2. Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day ship the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery takes 5–10 business days, with duties calculated at checkout where applicable.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel ships, and you can review orders any time from your account.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags attached, for a full refund of the item price.
How do I start a return?
Open the order in your order history and follow the return prompts — we'll email you a prepaid label.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

How do your sizes run?
Our pieces are cut for a relaxed fit. Check the size guide on each product page; when between sizes, size down for a closer look.
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are on every product page and the materials guide. As a rule: wash cool, dry gently, and iron only when needed.
